The Hotel staff were so polite so mannerly and so friendly a special thank you to Manolo and the two fernandos at the poolside bar there were very funny and really made us laugh

I have been very luckey to have stayed in four star Hotels around the world from japan to australia Honk Kong to ths usa and never had to pay any fee for a fridge in my room.Noelia Sur charged me two euros per day my 14 days cost me 28 euros before I started my holidays .Also every hotel I stayed in around the world had tea and coffee making facilities in the room not in theNOELIA sur .also bottled water was 28 cents in the supermarket across the road ,one euro 95 cents in noelia sur We asked for an iron and an ironing board but were told for health and safety reasons they were not available but we could have our clothes pressed but we would have to pay I think that is a very poor reason I believe its all about making as much money as possible.IF The hotel addressed the above issues we would have no problem staying there againMaybe you could talk to hotel management regarding above complaints

The property is nicely appointed with service-minded and well-managed staff at the reception desk. The breakfast offers excellent quality bacon and meats, along with good hot pancakes.- The hotel is located in a peaceful area close to restaurants and bars.- Conveniently located just 20 km away from Tenerife Sur airport.

Good location, close to several beaches, but not so central that it would be hard to park. Room was big and comfortable. We had a hot tub in the room (junior suite). Pool was not as big as in their photos but it was clean and fine. There's lots of activities in the hotel all day long and every evening.

It was annoying to pay for internet and not have reception in the room (only on the balcony). They also wanted us to pay for using the fridge, which seemed really petty after having forked over 1400 Euros for the room.

The breakfast was absolutely superb with cakes, fruit, and fish served by the pleasant staff. The location was great, close to the beach, lovely promenade, and the center of Las Americas with shops easily accessible.

Great location close to a beautiful promenade and the fun Siam waterpark. Peaceful vibes make it convenient. Rooms come with comfy beds, perfect for a cozy stay. 🌊

We had a comfortable room, the staff were very friendly both on reception and dining room. Food good, plenty to choose from. All in all a good holiday.

I was disappointed with the hotel as it was advertised as air- conditioned,but it didnt work. Also the beds were very uncomfortable.
